Embracing Diversity is a key pillar in American Culture.  The Riverside area is no different and has become a true melting pot of cultures and experiences.  Capitilizing on the uniqueness and diversity that our region has to offer will enable organizations to adapt to change and create new unseen opportunities.  This session will take a look at the diversity in our region and how businesses are embracing this diversity to better serve their customers and develop new revenue streams.
